Monday - Due to lack of time and running around, we ate at Wendy's. Sometimes you just have to make do.
Tuesday - Ground chuck patties w/cheddar & grilled onions, fried zucchini & garlic butter pasta
Wednesday - Crockpot beef tips w/peppers, onions & sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, steamed baby vegetables
Thursday - Taco Salad with refried beans
Friday - Buff Nuggs (Buffalo Chicken nuggets), Chicken rice, & green beans
Saturday - Pork Cutlets, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli w/cheese
Sunday - Ham & Cheese Quiche and "The Gathering of Leftovers"
*A tip from Cheapo* ALWAYS check your store's clearance area - you'll be amazed at what you can get for much less - and sometimes you can use a coupon on top of the low price! My store has 3 clearance areas - one for dry goods, one in the dairy case and one in the freezer section. You know those Promise Yogurt Drinks that are usually around $4 a package? I got them yesterday for $1.49 - took the place of buying yogurt for the week. They also had salad spritzers for 50 cents each!
