You crack me up! Those bags REALLY bug you don't they!! I see them everywhere too and not sure if they get loose from trash cans or people are just ignorant and tossing them out willy nilly??? I hate to admit it, but I do get some grocs in the plastic bags *cringes from the WRATH of Toni* LOL BUT I use them to line my trash cans in my bathrooms and make sure they get tied up in my kitchen garbage. You'd be proud of me though-last week I bought a Go Green bag from JoAnns ;~)
