I know, I know...why am I standing in front of a WAY too big, Ragu sculpture made entirely out of vegetables? (no joke - tomatoes, zucchini, peppers...you get the idea) Well...maybe they didn't feed me enough at lunch and I wanted to pluck a few veggies for a snack? Okaaayy...

Actually, Ragu was a sponsor of BlogHer and they provided this fan-tabulous lunch for all of us! At first, I thought, "Oh no...a spaghetti lunch...just what a low-carber LOVES to hear." But guess what? I was totally wrong! The menu consisted of many other creative items made with Ragu sauce, such as Chicken Parmesan and an Italian pot pie. Why was I being so narrow minded about the luncheon and thinking only spaghetti? That's usually not like me. Maybe I was just too overcome with how cool the whole place was decorated. Isn't that pretty amazing?
